We do not sell, trade, or rent your personal information to third parties. We may share your information with trusted service providers who assist us in operating our platform, including Twilio (SMS delivery), Vapi (AI voice), Supabase (database), and Anthropic (AI analysis). These providers are contractually obligated to keep your information confidential.
Calls answered by your Callixi AI agent are processed to extract lead information. Transcripts are stored securely and are accessible only to you through your dashboard. We do not share call content with third parties except as required by law.
We implement appropriate technical and organizational measures to protect your personal information against unauthorized access, alteration, disclosure, or destruction. All data is encrypted in transit and at rest.
We retain your account information and call data for as long as your account is active or as needed to provide services. You may request deletion of your data at any time by contacting us at support@callixi.com.
