By accessing or using Callixi, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our services.
Callixi provides an AI-powered phone receptionist service for tradespeople. Our service answers missed calls, collects lead information, and delivers SMS alerts. We are not a licensed telecommunications provider but use third-party services (Twilio, Vapi) to deliver our service.
You must provide accurate, complete, and current information when creating your account. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials. You may not use another person's account without permission.
We offer a 14-day free trial with no credit card required. After the trial period, you must subscribe to a paid plan to continue using the service. We reserve the right to modify or discontinue the trial offer at any time.
Paid subscriptions are billed monthly or annually as selected. You authorize us to charge your payment method on a recurring basis. All fees are non-refundable except as required by law. We may change our fees with 30 days notice.
You agree not to use Callixi for any unlawful purpose, to violate any person's privacy, to send spam or unsolicited communications, to impersonate any person or entity, or to interfere with the operation of our services.
By using Callixi, you represent that you are in compliance with all applicable laws regarding call recording and notification in your jurisdiction. You are responsible for ensuring your callers are properly notified of AI answering where required by law.
Callixi is not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including lost profits, lost revenue, or lost business opportunities. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid by you in the 12 months preceding the claim.
Either party may terminate this agreement at any time. Upon termination, your access to the service will be discontinued and your data may be deleted after 30 days.
